Usually when I get really excited or nervous, I fold my thumbs in a little and form a barrier over my nose with both hands. I then, depending on my excitement level, do a rubbing motion up or down about 2-3 in. This can vary from 1-5 times while my hands are on my nose. These tics generally occur one after the other if I’m super excited, or just once.
